Asia Pacific Poker Tour (APPT) стартовал в 2007 году и является крупнейшим покерным турниром в этом регионе. Как и его коллеги, European Poker Tour, Latin American Poker Tour, и North American Poker Tour, APPT был создан компанией PokerStars. Директором Турнира является Дэнни МакДонах.
